Bryan Brown
Youth Ministry Director
Bryan has led the Wahoo Youth Group at Wahoo Church since 2018. A retired First Sergeant with 23 years of service in the U.S. Army, Bryan served as a Combat Medic throughout his military career. He is passionate about youth development and believes that mentorship and education are essential for shaping the next generation of leaders. Bryan holds a Master's Degree and applies his extensive knowledge to address the challenges young people face both in school and in the world. On Wednesdays, he tailors the group's studies to their interests, creating a personalized training plan to meet their collective goals. Sundays are dedicated to scriptural teachings, deepening the group's faith and understanding of the Bible.
Susan Smith
Youth Ministry Assistant
Susan became an assistant of the Wahoo Youth Group in late 2024. A retired Senior Master Sergeant with 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Susan is a proud mother who experienced the challenges of frequent moves throughout her military career. She is passionate about helping youth adapt to new environments and values providing them with Bible-based guidance from Christian leaders. Susan envisions bridging the gap between the teachings of the Christian Bible and their practical application in the lives of young people. Her favorite event is Summer Camp, where she has witnessed the profound impact it has on the youth.
